Yes. All KIMOS Active leggings are crafted from our proprietary double-knit fabrics and pass a full opacity test before production. You can move, stretch, and squat with full confidence. If you ever experience transparency issues, please reach out to us, and we'll take care of it.
Our Cloud collection uses a buttery-soft four-way stretch fabric ideal for low to mid-intensity movement and everyday wear. Absolutely. KIMOS is designed with real bodies in mind. Our high-waist silhouettes are crafted to sit smoothly above the hips, our waistbands are reinforced to stay in place, and our fabrics are selected to move with, never against your body. We're continually expanding our size range and welcome all feedback through our community channels.
Orders within Mexico are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on your location and customs processing. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your package in real time.
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us via WhatsApp within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been packed and dispatched, we are unable to make modifications. We'll always do our best to assist you.
Yes, we ship to select countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing.
Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed at customs or during transit handoffs. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, please reach out to our team via WhatsApp at +52 55 8553 5754, and we will investigate and follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Items marked as sale or final sale are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact our team with your order number and reason for return, and we will guide you through the process.
Yes, exchanges are available subject to stock availability. If you received an item in the wrong size or would like to swap for a different color, reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll confirm availability and arrange the exchange as smoothly as possible.
We sincerely apologize if this has happened. Please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number. We will prioritize resolving the issue and send a replacement at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we take quality control very seriously.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
To preserve the quality and longevity of your KIMOS activewear, we recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle, or hand washing. Always turn garments inside out before washing. Avoid fabric softeners, as they can break down the stretch fibers over time. Lay flat or hang to dry, never tumble dry.
We are actively working toward more sustainable sourcing practices. Several of our fabrics are made with recycled fibers, and we continue to evaluate our supply chain to reduce environmental impact. We believe that quality garments that last are inherently more sustainable, which is why durability and care are at the heart of every design decision.
Our fabrics are dyed using high-quality colorfast processes designed to retain their vibrancy over time. Following our care instructions, cold wash, gentle cycle, no bleach, and air dry, will ensure your pieces stay as beautiful as the day you first wore them.
Yes. We specifically select fabrics with minimal synthetic irritants and ensure all our materials are tested for skin comfort. Our signature Cloud fabric is particularly gentle and is frequently chosen by customers with sensitive skin.
