Eligible Returns

We accept returns exclusively for items that arrive in the following conditions:

• Visibly damaged (tears, broken seams, missing hardware)
• Soiled or stained upon delivery — not caused by the customer
• Incorrectly fulfilled (wrong item or size sent)

All other returns — including change of mind, size exchanges, or items that have been worn, washed, or altered — are outside the scope of this policy.

Return Window

Requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. Claims submitted after this window cannot be processed.

How to Request a Return

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• At least two photographs showing the defect or damage

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps. Do not ship anything back before receiving written approval from us.

Resolution Options

Once a claim is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

• Full refund to the original payment method
• Replacement of the same item (subject to availability)
• Store credit

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping

For approved defect or damage claims, KIMOS Active will cover return shipping costs. A prepaid label will be provided via email. Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
